VIA STEPHENSON OFFICES
Taking care of the realization of the Italian headquarters of a large company is always very exciting because it involves skills related to the complete management of a large order and the responsibility to design and realize something representative and exclusive.
The customer input, in particular, has allowed us to work on a unique finished product, asking us to go "beyond": over the idea of recreating a classic business centre, over the organization of formal spaces and over the subdivision in sterile environments.
In fact the client required us to design spaces for their 800 square metre property that could recreate the harmony and charm of a trendy place combining the necessity that the spaces could be functional to work in.
Being able to create this concept, let us give a character of great personality to the environments best interpreting the requirement of the customer.
Our project led us to work on the complete restructuring of the area handing back a turnkey solution. Our team was able to design a study of the work environment in its overall vision.
The starting point of this important contract project, was to study the redistribution of spaces depending on the client's needs, always seeking the best "ad hoc" solutions such as the choice of water conditioning system, without affecting the continuous window facade of the property.
We gave attention and maximum care to the definition of every detail, from the type of flooring and the colour of the walls and ceilings in harmony with personalized wall paper, to the leather of the seats of the waiting area and ornaments and paintings.
All common areas and offices have been equipped with filodiffusione (cable radio?) with a centralized starting system and separate management in each area.
The client’s feedback was of great satisfaction.
Special appreciation was observed in relation to the contrast between the dark gray of the environments and the glossy white furnishings of the meeting room and executive offices.
Even the solutions adopted for storage and filing space, with hidden cabinets in the same colour as the walls and coplanar sliding doors, gave originality and received excellent feedback.
